This notice tells us what KTD was dealing with when Gong and Vivienne were management and still had involvement in the business, although you would have to assume they were isolated long before they "went". Why would any substantial shareholder sell on market, they are only capping there on return - complete stupidity. Yes they could be motivated by capping the price, but ultimately how stupid to you have to be, just standing between themselves and millions of additional dollars if they didn't sell tiny amounts and let the price rise they could then do a successful block trade on the back of a rising price. As they say, some people are their own worst enemies. Just need to look at the strong growth recorded in the business since they have been gone. Seems they were a road block when they were in the business and they continue to be a temporary road block now.
This is a long game here, ultimately patience will be well well rewarded.
