You might well be right but we haven't seen the commitment made by Bleyer, if indeed there was one . Secondly , we don't know the reason that the arrangement was terminated.
So it's not a matter of letting Bleyer off the hook as I am not sure he was ever on the hook.
The primary responsibility still lies with PDY.
Any civil legal action aimed at Bleyer would be a total waste of time , and that's my main point. Same applies to the ASX.
