Good luck with that Stelep. You can bet that the ASX is totally covered somewhere in the fine print.
I am sure the ASX read announcements before release but they have to rely on company directors for those announcements to be truthful.
This whole sorry mess has some way to play out yet.
I am sure there will be an investigation into insider trading by ASIC and they will want to see the documentation, if any , between Bleyer and PDY that caused PDY to make their announcement, including the famous words ......secured finance....
The likelihood of a class action is high, however, there will have to be established losses, and a target with the money to pay claims,....PDY board or their insurers , and of course the blame would have to shown to be PDY's .
Very long protracted mess but it's possible that investors may get some recompense eventually.
