This case is more significant than PDY. The integrity of the ASX trading platform as is announcements made by ASX listed companies. I believe that it is the responsibility of the ASX listed companies Directors to ensure that what they announce is factual and not misleading. The ASX cannot check the integrity of every announcement as they are not privy to the supporting information. The announcement made on the 11th April, updates along the way and what was finally made today seem to be somewhat contradictory
