Starface, sorry im not a holder so may not be so welcome here however please follow this below as it will really help you and any litigation funder, otherwise it may become disorganised chaos.


Initial steps to be taken

One holder steps up as the Administrator
One holder steps up as the Speaker

Administrator

That person provides email address and any holder wishing to participate in any action provides that person their name, contact number, email address and approx holdings amount prior to and after the initial announcement (if any change occurred).

Once collated, this is presented to IMF or the like in a clean easy to understand excel and becomes part of your initial claim.

Speaker

This person in liaison with the acting Administrator contacts IMF, the quicker the better, briefing IMF of the circumstances and what the group is seeking.

Following these two steps will hold you in good sted going forward.

Possibly worth starting a fresh thread just for this action if you wish to pursue.
