Attached picture, and this "4-8 week" time frame that keeps being thrown around is what makes me think it will be sooner rather than later. From my understanding all pre work has been done, prospectuses prepared, and ready to print, just waiting on SEC.
If anyone has any evidence to the contrary I'd be all ears
