It is optimistic, however my word comes from a trusted source. I'm completing the final year of honours in Information Systems at a reputable University. One of my good mates has been headhunted by HR at IBA - and they are recruiting heavily across our faculty. Apparently there is so much work in the pipeline they can't keep up. With this in mind $1.50 is a modest estimate.
