What is LUM then? A blue chip? A green chip? It's still a spec stock like it or not. When they start getting contracts in place and making profits then it would no longer be a "spec". Till then a spec it is.
Nothing wrong with spec stocks though... I think there is more money to be made there than there is in any blue chip... one the insto's start buying the stock will be completly different. CCE is the perfect example.
