    only speculation on my part but an insto could have taken a liking to the recent announcement regarding a new board member joining who worked in a senior role at Blue Cross/ Blue Shield. They are the biggest US insurer and he must believe he can LDEX covered by them , otherwise why join. If they provide coverage for LDex a lot of other insurers will follow.
