way i was reading it is that the JV is conditional on the purchasing of the project and that it actually isnt really that far away in starting but it could be a while away on actually getting a mine started, however it does make finacial sense and could offer economies of scale for the JV partner. todays sell of was not unexpected its run hard and it needs to find new support. i dont find anything wrong with the coal project however im not convinced and i guess if it was cheap enough and can be done at low capex then its worth it
