Looking at the chart for the last 5 days one could construe that!

Most likely the engines have just fired in preparation.

It appears that financing for completing the $200 million SXEW is virtually a given.

BUT HOW?

Bill has completed magnificent organisational feats in reducing staff, creating efficiencies, moving Anvil into profit mode, completing Government contract Review, etc.

Everything set to pave the way for a European Consortium of banks to approve of the loan.
This is the best scenario!

HOWEVER!

It has been intimated that the raising of capital will be a combination of approaches.

Could one of these approaches be share allocation?

Bill has been indicating that all is well and future progress imminent.
Market has taken his lead and share price is surging with increasing turnover.

With the surging share price there has, it seems, been strong and large unloading of Anvil shares.
Computerised selling both on ASX and TSX has been observed.

This begs the question --
Have institutions been offered large allotments of Anvil shares a a lowish price and are they reducing holdings now to capitalise and take up the offering and - especially - to keep share price down?
Has Bill been very positive - buying shares himself and presenting very encouraging presentations at forums - in order to have Anvil share price at reasonable levels so that share allotments will be at a more respectful price?

We will know in the next 5 or 6 weeks - hopefully earlier -when an anticipated announcent is released.

Whether the manner of obtaining funds is to our liking or not, all can be assured that Bill has tried his best and has worked out the best compromise at the time.
And that holders of Anvil shares will do very well - thank you.
