AVL now mining - stage 1 - richest silver/copper deposit ----situated in Congo.
Will from now onwards be making a reasonable profit and has been valued at over 20 cents on present set up with huge discounted value for "Soverign risk" which is becomming less and less an issue.
However the real box and dice - which will give a huge impetus to profits - is stage 2 development of mine. Funding is being negotiated - should be announced within days - and will be completed early 2004.
There are known extentions to present ore body and a similar mining resource nearby which add to the potential value of AVL but have not been taken into consideration.
Then there are more than promising deposits in AVL exploration areas in other areas of Congo as well as a more than interesting mineral exploration area being pursued in Vietnam.
AVL is a small mining company with a reasonably small amount of shares managed by people who have proved very capable and are well respected.
As you have suggested there is a host of specific information and sound opinions regarding AVL to be found in HC archives.
