    War, and out of the blue Rudd announces a major upgrade to our naval capacity.Maybe the mighty USA may fade in power and might as the USSR did.One thing for shore the USA can not rely on foreign aid (bonds)for its war machine much longer.IMO gold is heading on a one way ride for an upward journey.
