You suspect that Australia will be easier given the Sonic and CSIRO connections and the smaller number of public health officials you need to convince that RHY test is a better alternative. But thats reliant on TGA approval which is next year(?). Clearly RHY have a plan but given there are probably 15 different health systems in Europe who will need to mandate Colostat, they will all be at different speeds, and you suspect that RHY doesnt have the marketing infrastructure to progress all of them quickly. One aspect which I dont understand the numbers is how many of the target market of 50+ people get a blood test check up each year. Clearly if you send out a FIT test , lots of people dont send it back and thats why a blood test is better, but if you dont have enough people going for a regular check up each year you are not going to get the coverage you need . All the health authorities can do in that case is send everyone a letter urging them to go and get a doctors appointment and a blood test. Potential inertia problems.
