Denis knows how to incentive and retain as evidenced through the papers he has written.. it is somewhat his speciality. So I trust whatever he has chosen to keep the key players in is in our best interest.
I can see how this is going to play out.. short term sell off as the 'impatient' holders wanted the quick sharp rise up to $1 within a week. Fair enough, your selling into long termers.
Then there are two possibilities..
1)as the EGM approaches the anticipation will grow and the SP will follow.. sharply as they know the EGM is the date they will get an update for sure. So days leading up the the EGM will see frantic buying. And after the EGM we'll have a much better idea of what to expect in the coming months.
2) They provide a market update before the EGM and the market will react accordingly. This is the dark horse that could come at any time.. those trading SLA with their holdings are risking the gun going off without them
In my opinion the SP will hold despite some downward pressure.. there is some seroius value even at these prices.. and as the SP drifts lower.. the more bargain hunters will come out and snap them up. I see it holding inthe 40s until news comes.. anything under 40 will be snapped up. so you'll be saving a few cents at most if you plan to let go and try pick it up cheaper.. i do not see a large sell down occuring without bad news coming out. Once the panic sellers stop.. we'll see a recovery in the SP, slight but we'll see it.
