    Hi Yohiman,

    I think NPA has pretty much hit the nail on the head re number 4 on your list. The relationship is beyond just a T Mall and covers other channels that Murray River already has in place with selling product into China. Given that RLG also handles product logistics and stock levels I would suggest that Murray River Organics is in need of all their services. Possibly that is why the higher value of the deal.
