They do sound cheap at $.001 but there are still almost 32 million unquoted options with an exercise price of $.001. We are paying that price for options exercisable at $.15. Still...if they ever do get a sales contract and actually sell something $.15 may be very cheap. With over a billion shares on issue they must surely have a consolidation to reduce the number. I've held shares in several companies that did that and the shareholding value was reduced each time.
