Well nothing is set in stone until the close tomorrow when we'll know the final VWAP of the 5 days. If it keeps trading as it has for the previous 4, it should issue at 14c, but volume over those days has been fairly low.
A big day tomorrow could swing the 5 day VWAP quite a bit in either direction...
Ultimately you need to consider how your research shows the company performing over the period you're planning to hold. Whether we issue at 13c, 14c, or 15c won't make a whole lot of difference if you agree with the recent report predicting a price of 60-114 over the next 12 months, but obviously if you are not looking to hold for long or foresee poorer performance, then the issue price would be much more of a concern.
