The stronger the balance sheet, the more likely BLG will succeed and the better the success.
A weak balance sheet along with tuff negotiating delays can result in a weaker outlook for shareholders. You might be able to buy cheaper on market, but the downside risk grows proportionally. You may pick up cheap shares only to find the company doesn't have the funds to survive the valley of death between R&D and commercialisation, at which point, what would the value of your cheap shares be?
