With all due respect..
where is your evidence for stating the rights issue is oversubscribed ??
How can you say that most are on 3c+ costlevels ??
Either way.. whatever the reality of these two questions.. it doesnt do anything to the idea i stated previously..
Someone holding rights issue shares that cannot increase exposure and therefore would let them lapse.. might be better off selling similar amount of shares at 1.8c or higher and then converting their rights..
meaning their rights issue shares are off the table.. meaning anyone waiting for them will need to buy on market..
