takleover rumour is dead

Looking at todays price, if one was to consider buying into MAE off market, or to take the company over....

Let me cut myself off and start again.

Due to the fact that noone has stepped up to buy all the shares on offer i think its safe to assume that the share/reserves are not wanted by another company.

Go back about a month - the share has tanked by about 25%.

Go back about 2 mths - the share has tanked by about 50%.

Go back about 3 month when the share was in the 4's, approaching 5's - the share has tanked by 60% - 75%.

When would be a good time to buy on market if you wanted to take a company over?
    - maybe after it offers a 30% discount to the S.P.Placement that occurred only 2 wks ago?

No, whoever wants to buy the company is prepared to hang on until the share hits a 50% loss on it S.P.P or more.
Needless to say, the rumour of a takeover was created by one of the Directors mates IMO, up to his old tricks again...sheesh and to think that noone saw it coming this time round.

HCRABOC did warn people (inadvertantly) to read all the info before valuing the companies future.
TRhankfully, some did heed his research and on behalf of them, thank you to HCRABOC.
You are the legend of MAE Disclosure and what you disclosed spoke for its self, no need to ramp what is ramping itself.
