Yes, that's how I've been looking at it. Anything under $2 is a joke offer and would be basically trying to steal CAPs assets. So, BMG are locked in for that 80% and the iron is the hot ticket right now, so what happens if another company has made a bid. They effectively will only get the 20% right?
