Seriously though, and this is just a general view I have from dealing with clients and colleagues, availability of credit does seem re-emerging, although you'll still pay through the nose...however, maybe only one nostril's worth now. Certainly there is more confidence generally that we are throug the worst of it, and optimism breeds more optimism...
