Once Talbot/Citic get over the 20% threshold they must announce to the market their intentions of a T/O.
In otherwords a counter offer to Buttermeres offer.
Talbot/Citic will accumulate as much as they can before making a firm bid.
MTN has just released an announcement.
Looks like the Talbot Group are buying a big chunk in MTN.
Previously Talbot/Citic had 4,391728 = 8.80%
Now Talbot/Citic have 10,279,364 = 19.90%
Watch out.
Don't be stupid enough to sell now.
Drummer Girl, if you have MTN shares, i would not be selling now as we are about to witness some heavy T/O activity.
Forget the Heritage stuff.
That has nothing to do with what we are witnessing now.
