MTN schedule (refer website) of top 20 shareholders as at 10/9/07 includes;
Citic - 9.73%
Talbot - 9.73%
Major shareholders have both increased their stake through participation in rights issue. I think the confusion is created through Citic and Talbot being grouped together in Appendix B announcement because of their Memo of Understanding ie together they hold 21.3% (but not individually). If I am incorrect please advise.

Nonetheless the participation by both major shareholders in the recent rights issue is a big vote of confidence.
