RE: Director Resigns from Jupiter Board
As per Listing Rule 3.16.1 the company announced today that it has regretfully accepted the resignation
from the Board of Mr. Denis Wood.
Announcing the resignation, Chairman, Mr. Alan Broome AM said the company acknowledges the valuable
contribution that Denis made during his short term at the board but due to Mr. Woods increasing work
commitments with the Talbot Group he would be unable to commit his desired attention to the company.
Talbot Group Holdings will continue to support and will remain committed to the company with its 9.20%
shareholding in JMS.
