RIV comes the poorest coal stock in the market. Hard to imagine, if there is no Talbot buying, what is the lowest price we can see?
Still wondering who is the sellers? If it is Passport, there should be a position change announce.
Hopefully RIV will be granted mining concession by Mozambique government before Christmas. Otherwise Vale will dominate the Mozambique coal industry even though RIV holds a large license area.
