talbot overhang sold

    While the stock market in general and coal stocks in particular have done well since July 18 when Talbot let the world know his shares in RIV were for sale, RIV has underperformed. The overnight announcement in Brazil of CSN buying that Stake will relieve the pressure of that overhang.
