Brazil is importer of coking coal. Clearly the CSN stel mills see a role for themselves similar to TATA whereby they own part of the coal supplier. Now Talbot has sold it reduces likelyhood of a total TO on RIV. Nevertheless, good news and it's putting RIV back on the map.
