Talbot still has ~6.7m left! The largest shareholder is HSBC and from what I understand they are very happy with JMS. I wouldn't be surprised if the Talbot Group sold down because of Alan Broome's resignation - they were pretty friendly with each other IMO.
There is no reason for panic as far as I can see, and if anything this provides a very good buying opportunity.
