tale of a telstra tragic

This guy came home from the office one day.
Let's call him Toney,to hide his identity.
After dinner he and his wife sat down and his wife asked him about this day at the office.
He replied;My day was good until I read a post about Telstra
on the Hotcopper website by a member called Dobe.
Now you know how I feel about Telstra and this Dobe really wrote some bad stuff about Telstra's services,etc.
But dear, you know Telstra is a crap company.
Toney said ,yes I know but I was brought up a Telstra boy.
My whole family was with Telstra even before when they were called Telecom.
My dad always told me,follow Telstra and it will lead the way.
I remember coming home from school and I saw a Telstra van parked in the street .
I would run to the technician and ask him if i could was his car while he was doing his job.
I would run home and get a bucket with soap and water and wash the Van.
I was very proud to see that clean shiny Telstra Van drive way when he was finished.
Most of my friends had posters of sports people in the bedroom but I had all pictures of Telstra
on the walls.
My father even kept all the Telstra bills from a long way back and sometimes he would pull them
out and show us how our family has helped Telstra to become a proud Aussie company.
He said he would pass them onto me when he dies.
One evening at the dinner table my dad told us that he had a surprise for us.
So when we finished our dinner he put this box in the middle of the table.
And when he opened it ,there was a new Telstra phone in it.
He passed it around and we where so excited and dad said that each of us was allowed
to make one phone call with it.
So you see darling it's not easy to read all this bad things about Telstra.
Dear husband, you have you be strong and have some will power.
When you see any post on Hotcopper from this silly Dobe about Telstra,
DON'T read it.I know you can do it.
Ok let's go upstairs and make a phone call together,
You can push the buttons and I will hold the horn.
