UT, with respect to your above comment, you obviously understand the problems and are still holding onto HOPE. Well this will not save us, as mentioned in my earlier posts, plus all the bears excellent posts on HC. It would be either blind to think we can survive this system without a totally collapse, or maybe the bulls are 'all in' and cant get out.
Hope = hopeless.
I dont wish anyone to lose money, but i want my kids to be able to buy a affordable place without in-debiting themselves with 30yrs of slavery. of course just imo.
