Hi guys, just reporting back on an auction held lastnight for a 3br townhouse in Cronulla in sydney. 12 years ago a group of NRL players bought off the plan townhouses in this particular complex in Cronulla for 750k ea. Over the past 3 years the townhouses have been offload with the last (i believe) being sold lastnight after being on the market for around 5-6 months before going to auction as there were no offers. It sold for 720k and i believe Nigel Vangana is a very lucky man as in 12 months time he wouldnt get close to this price. Lesson learned.
