So with 24 hours to go, CIMIC has piucked up about 3% in shareholding size. Punters are voting with their feet but there is still 24 hours to go and we still need to see who placed acceptances with CIMIC.
Big news is a single transaction (71 million shares) went through today at higher than the CIMIC Offer price. Clearly big and small shareholders believe this offer is unfair and unreasonable.
I was also called last night by CIMIC to confirm the bid will close tomorrow and what was my intentions.
Happy to tell them I am a LT shareholder and hopefully a very happy one after the AMNT proposal is closed out.
