I had the M&A manager from Credit Suisse call me, I told him that I'd sell at 17.5cps, at which price, I believed that there would still be plenty of value left on the table for my counterparty.
He stumbled a bit in his response when I asked him if CIMIC was going to launch another bid. After giving me a bunch of non-answers, he finally told me that if CIMIC was to launch another bid, it "definitely won't be at 17.5c."
