So glad I have shares in successful mining companies. Check out the credentials of new Executive Director Catherine Tanna at BHP. There is real talent out there. We do not need to surrender and submit to Directors with a history of multiple failed companies.
Small cap Directors are good at three things:
1. Borrowing money/raising capital
2. Pumping stocks to achieve their KPI's (key performance indicators)
3. Increasing their own remuneration.
As soon as they achieve the above they exit. History repeats.
