Just got back from 3 days swooning around the Sth Coast.
Lots for sale, lots.
What really struck me was many more closed shops cafes restaurants.
In my particular favourite locale', 3 shops closed, and one quality Restaurant, very sad. Reportedly the Landlord(s) decided to put up rents, CPI blah blah.
The occupants didn't renew their Leases, just upped stumps and left. The commercial properties sit empty.
Went to the pub on Fri nite @ 9pm, had a whale of a time... me and the 3 other guys who were there ! Yep, Fri nite, 4 guys in the pub. A pub which sold for 10 mil a coupla years ago.
