It was great to catch up with you at the AGM

I have been a shareholder for over 7 years and have always had great hopes for Talga's potential.

With the rapid development of battery plants in Europe requiring 100'sK/ton of anode material, Talga is in the prime position to capitalise on the opportunity.

The money raised from the placement and SPP is needed to increase the production of anode material to supply to the potential customer so they can be satisfied that Talga can come up with the goods.

It is also critical that the new mining licence is granted as soon as possible so we don't run out of our current stock, which would delay suppling anode materials to potential customers.

I came away from the AGM more positive than ever about Talga's future in battery anodes and the graphene additives markets.

I'll be taking up my full allocation in the SPP.
