I think LKAB and Mitsui already have most of the DFS information as stated when it was delayed. So for them this final DFS release is probably just a formality since management would never sign up for a JV on the basis of an "ünfinished" study. They need the final DFS to do that.
So a JV/Funding announcement of intent with provisos on permits ?????
