No doubt they need the permits. My point is that LKAB and Mitsui are the big picture and they aren't going to sign on if they don't think permits will be granted. LKAB being the key.
I've posted a fair bit on the permits and I'm confident Talga will get them when needed.
Previous comments from the SGU (permit granting authority) suggest all is good with Talga's submissions.
LKAB also recently did a roundtable with Ibrahim Baylan, Minister for Business, and Per Bolund, Minister for Environment. The need to speed up the permitting process was dicsussed.
All indications are that permits will come when required and the parties are proceeding on that basis.
