So, come Nov 15 next year, TLGO shares become void or are they absorbed into TLG proper?
I can see how they are using TLGO to raise more capital and it is all somewhat more clear to me now.
If I do decide to covert TLGO to TLG am I paying plus 35c per share of what TLGO is trading at at that time, so today I would pay 51c (16+35) or is it 35c plus the issue price, in other words 50c (15 +35)?
