My concern is, courts (at least in Australia) don't want to make a decision, they want everyone to have their say and give people a chance even when it is irrational (after all this is how solicitors and barristers earn more money). Talga mining on Saami land is a very passionate issue and even perhaps a national issue in Sweden. If the Saami lodge an appeal I would be very surprised if the court dismisses it. The court will be wanting to be seen (no matter how ridiculous) to allow the Saami to be heard, and heard and heard.

Just my thoughts. By the way I would love the share price to go up another 30%.
