The big thing will be if they can prove that their appeal is valid.
I have no doubt that they will not win an appeal given the language used and basis of their claims.
Since it was noted earlier that the appeal process takes 6 months, it would be a significant delay to TLG timeline and other pending permits.

For me, as far as I am aware about the appeal process, the appeal needs to clearly show why they believe that the judges verdict was unfair or was incorrect. Imo, I can't see it happening. Clearly information has been provided to demonstrate that there is minimal impact to TLGs surroundings and this is backed with hard data. It seems that their argument is simply based on heresay and bravado.

I have no doubt they will file an appeal, it just seems that if the case they built over an extended period of time fell on deaf ears, an appeal about how the judge misunderstood their issue created in 3 weeks is going to be quite thin.
