Each day without an ann around an appeal being approved is a day closer to us no longer having to worry about this issue all together.

Thursday next week, will be the last day that the appeal can be lodged and as far as I am aware, the court will need to decide by then if they believe that the appeal has merit to go ahead. Only 6 business days left. No doubt they will file for an appeal, as is their right. However, with no new evidence, it looks like it will get thrown out straight away.

The real question is what will happen first?
1.) Re-rate
2.) Further approvals
3.) Signed Binding Off-Take Agreements

I am going to go with 3,1,2 in that order.

We also have news from the anode refinery near term. So a 3 day hearing from the 03/05 ,assume a week or two for consideration and writing up.
