"Good reasons as to why the ACC binding contract is waiting right now", highly encouraging for anyone that had doubts about this. They have likely come to terms and now the only thing holding it back is the permitting process - which he also mentions: "In Europe, permitting is a big key and those things are resolving over the next month or few months, that will also allow the finalisation of off takes and other contracts and finance to allow for construction to start later on this year."
Once these appeals are out the way, look out.
