Just on the fly here and with no research put in and the memory of goldfish with a heavy drinking problem.. Didn’t the decision from the court ( at least from what i remember reading from some posters only weeks ago ) come with the stipulation that the objectors may not use either water run off to the Torn river or the interruption of Reindeer husbandry activity in the area as a grounds for the appeal as the court has been completely satisfied by the companies mitigation strategies regarding both? Perhaps @Gvan or @mpk1980 or @Blue swims would make comment on this.. I’m pretty sure i didn’t dream this, though i may have because some of Talga dreams have been pretty vivid of late.. it may have been the dose of ayahuasca I took on good Friday.. praise Jesus lol.

If this IS the case I tend to think any appeal is doomed to be honest ( as in likely to be thrown out ) because if they don’t have those two what have they got? A weak as piss argument is what in my opinion, and Europe hasn’t the time to piss about.. China is on the nose they need this shit up and running yesterday and the heavy hitters in EU politics know this!
