A good start might be to discuss what he a actually said as clues.
1. At the investors webinar he speaks for a few minutes where talks about
a. being a large shareholder he was NOT in favour of dilution.
b. they were discussing nunerous type lf financing. Including all debt and all equity at the project level and company level "with our partners free carrying TLG".
c. That a dual listing if it happened would do so if there was a " major liquidity event".
2. In the interview with LT, he says MC maybe enhanced by the "spin off of a product or tech"
3. In the Eureka interview, he speaks of a ne option being introduced which was not on the table previously. Surely somebody pitched a SPAC.
4. He has variously talked of "looking to deal" on the various metals including 250m iron ore. LKAB are iron ore specialists. The Japanese and Koreans have expressed interest in the Cobalt and Vanadium.
So my guess ;
1. LKAB and Mitsui take a 15% ish stake in the project.
2. The project listed in the US via SPAC.
3. Separate spin off of metals business with TLG being a minority partner, LKAB and Mitsui take majority.
4. Deal on Graphene with a partnership with Mitsui and Bil.... covering chemicals and packaging. Equity investment into a JV subsidiary by the partners. TLG to be majority holder.
The truth is too many moving parts and no idea. just thought i woukd throw a few thoughts out.
No wonder they appointed MS, as MT said so many interested parties " TBH there is not enough pie to go around"
