How does a Court just miss a deadline, without notifying the parties. Absolutely bizarre.

The Swedish Land and Environment Court of Appeal ("Court of Appeal") was expected to provide a decision on 14 June 2023 whether any parties have been granted or denied leave to appeal. However,
the Court of Appeal has not yet notified the Company of its decision and Talga will update the market once the Court of Appeal has completed and announced its decision.
