It's not a job creating scheme and you have delusion if you think it is. How many millions do you reckon are going to be employed? Haven't you seen the robotic factories of the Tesla videos? There's not a worker in sight. Of course mining or fossil fuels are not a job creation industry either, as Ken Henry pointed out.
