Good question. The initial approval in April was widely known after market close in Australia, as it was announced by the court and quickly picked up by the Swedish media. However, the rejection of the appeals by the Court of Appeal in September did not have any prior announcement/news coverage. It came out of nowhere with an ASX announcement in the morning. Given this is another appeals case, we could see a similar situation to the initial appeals.

@Wellconsidered I recall some here were buying aggressively on the overseas markets before the ASX opened after the initial permit was approved.
